Our Shipping Policy

All orders are shipped via a third party. PO Box and APO addresses are not accepted at this time.

Most orders will be shipped out within 3-5 business days after payment has been received but may take up to 2 weeks for certain products. 


A tracking number will be provided to our customers by email and on all orders placed through our website. It is the responsibility of our customers to track their shipments and be on the lookout for their orders to arrive.

If your order is not received in a reasonable time, please notify us within 10-15 days after shipment so that we can investigate and provide a solution.  We cannot be held responsible for lost orders if we are not notified within 15 days of the order shipping from our warehouse.

Return & Exchange Policy

Only our representatives may issue a Return Authorization and RMA # which will be sent via e-mail and must be attached and be visible on the parcel upon its return.


All other parcels will be refused. All return requests must be made within 30 days of the original delivery of the product. Return requests that occur after 30 days of receipt will not be accepted.


Return/Exchange shipping cost for incorrect orders, including the wrong part or incorrect installation, is the customer’s responsibility.


Warranty replacement items will receive a prepaid return shipping label. Please allow 15 days from the receipt of the parcel to process your request. If an item arrives damaged or defective, we will take responsibility for refunding or replacing the product.

Damage Claims

Please inspect your package thoroughly upon receiving it, any damage claims must be filed by email within 72 hours.


Be sure to include: (1) 1-3 pictures showing the damage sustained to the product and box and (2) name, email address, and item number from the original purchase.


Filing a timely claim and providing the necessary information will guarantee that you receive a fast resolution to an unfortunate situation. 


Please retain all packaging material and the original box in case the carrier needs to inspect the condition of the package.
